13.5% ABV Imperial Stout with Maple Syrup and Cold Press Coffee.
This is a high ABV not-too-sweet stout with a silky body. The maple syrup is added in the boil to add woody notes without sweetness, and the cold press coffee is used judiciously to add to the flavor of the beer without dominating.
